The FD80 is a compact, powerful fryer ideal for fresh or frozen chips, ( 18kg/h fresh output), it can take a 10" fish fillet or sausage. If you have a larger "chip" fryer use the Roller Grill FD80 for frying foods with a strong flavour eg garlic mushrooms or Plaice fillets, to avoid contaminating the oil of your main fryer. The cold zone of oil below the element helps to prolong the life of your oil. Features 180'C operating thermostat, additional safety thermostat, safety micro switch to ensure correct positioning of element, heat resistant basket handle.
