The brand new E163i six zone induction range is ideal for schools, care homes, cafés and smaller pubs and restaurants with limited service periods. Six 1.85kW heat zones, 6mm toughened glass hob, precise and instantly controllable heat zone power control and pan sensing technology which turns the zone off when no pan is present, saving energy. Zones can be boosted to 3.5kW when time and intense heat is of the essence. The 2/1 GN fan-assisted oven with twin glass-panelled doors has 5 shelf positions and is supplied with two shelves. The unit is supplied on adjustable legs as standard. Three phase - 32 Amp (L1: 30; L2: 30, L3:16.1).
