Borg & Overstrom Water Dispenser On-Site Servicing - Including Descale, Probe Clean & Sanitisation
It is recommended by the BWCA (British Water Cooler Association) that plumbed in units should be serviced at least every 6 months.
This service includes:
- Visual inspection of machine
- Safety check
- Exchange of the carbon water filter. Filter Included.
- Sanitsation of the water trail
- External clean of the equipment
- Sanitsation of the dispensing outlet (taps)
- Thorough flush of the water trail
- Taste test of the water quality
- Completion of the service record
- Obtaining signature from relevant contact
- Leave copy of job sheet for site (if instructed to do so)
The above follows the BWCA guidelines. As a BWCA member all our engineers have completed the sanitisation and hygiene awareness courses the association provides.
Once ordered, we will call the number provided to book in the servicing at a time to suit you.
If you purchase this with your water dispenser, we will schedule a call for 6 months time to book you in for a full servicing. We recommend purchasing this at the same time as the unit to ensure that it is not forgotten.
