Using blast chillers for chilling or freezing retains the colour, texture and taste of the food. Core temperature sensors included. Choose one of the pre-set programs or create your own on the easy-to-use touchscreen controller. Available in different sizes, all made in high-quality SS304 stainless steel and dimensioned for GN and Euronorm sizes (placed lengthwise).
