The VICG450OCL Vizu smooth plate clam griddle delivers superb cooking performance and is designed to be easy to use for all kitchen staff, from experienced head chefs to new starters.
Programmable and with a one-touch Fastron controller, operation really couldn't be easier. Programmes can be set to automatically lift the top plate if required, as well as adjusting temperature and timing. The flat plates maximise contact between food and heat, improving cooking times and delivering consistent results every time. And as the Vizu clam griddle is made from strong stainless steel, it's highly reliable and easy to clean too.
