Lincat's heavy duty gas griddle with high and low heat settings for controlled cooking with a piezo ignition making it simple and convenient to light. The plate is made from solid 12mm thick machined steel ensuring even heat distribution and excellent heat retention. Also featuring a large fat collection drawer with a fat drainage channel keeping surfaces free from grease.
