With a powerful 7.5kW burner and specially formed cast iron pan support, it is ideal for wok cooking. The other five burners are rated at 5.3kW and provide fast and efficient heat up. The unit has three cast iron pan supports and a semi-sealed, pressed stainless steel hob which is easily removable for cleaning. The oven is 2/1 gastronorm compatible and has a drop down door.
