The Hatco IRNG-PC1-30 Rapide Cuisine Countertop High-Powered/Heavy-Duty Induction Hob offers impressive commercial cooking performance for professional kitchens.

With its heavy gauge stainless steel housing, side impact protection and a scratch-hiding cooktop surface, the hob is incredibly durable. And thanks to its Magnetic Power System (MPS), the Hatco delivers the highest power in its class for commercial foodservice, helping to reduce cooking times.

The hob features User Programmable Presets (UPP) with a 3-stage programming mode for you to create preset programs for repeat menu items, as well as a food temperature probe and 4 surface temperature sensors for more accurate control and cooking. The heavy duty design also means the hob can withstand high ambient kitchen temperatures up to 51°C, whilst also automatically shutting off for safety if the unit overheats.
