The Foster BCT38-18/17-277 Blast Chiller Cabinet is an all stainless steel high quality effective unit capable of chilling 38Kg from +70 °C to +3 °C in 90 minutes.
The BCT 38 Blast Chiller/Freezer incorporates bottom mounted refrigeration to help ensure stability whilst increasing performance and reducing noise levels, as well as innovative 'touch pad' controls; allowing for simple and effective programming.
