Buffalo Compact Induction Heater 1000W

The Buffalo compact induction heater is a fantastic choice for front of house food warming. Designed to fit neatly into induction chafer frames (sold separately - see FT039), the Buffalo heater provides highly energy-efficient and safe warming, all without the need for open flames or hot plates.

Control is easy, and as the control panel is separate from the main plate, you can restrict who has access to the settings - perfect for front of house areas.

In addition, as the heater is induction, much less heat is wasted to the environment - all the energy goes straight into the pot or pan on top. This also makes it considerably safer as there's no hotplate which could potentially cause burns.
