Compact and versatile, the single phase Buffalo 600 Series dual zone electric griddle provides a fantastic cooking surface for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

Dual 10mm thick mild steel plates and a powerful 4.5kW element ensure fast heat-up times and even heat distribution across the entire surface - essential for consistent cooking results. Excess fat is efficiently channelled into a 1-litre collection drawer, preventing the build-up of grease on the cooking surface.

Featuring user-friendly dial controls, the Buffalo griddle makes it easy to regulate the temperature for both sides - so you can keep food warm on one zone, whilst cooking eggs or bacon on the other. Alternatively, you can completely power down one side to reduce running costs during quieter hours.

Built with a strong stainless steel construction, the griddle features fully welded plates that eliminate dirt traps, making it both durable and easy to clean. Side and rear splash guards help contain grease and spills, keeping surrounding surfaces mess-free.
