The Buffalo 600 Series fryer is easier to clean too, with strong stainless steel construction throughout and simple hinged elements which maximise access to the tank. Plus, the front-mounted oil drain tap ensures safe, effortless draining of oil - just open the tap and the fryer will drain.

Part of the Buffalo 600 Series, this electric fryer is designed to suite with other 600 Series appliances, giving you a tidy, seamless cook line whatever the size of your kitchen. This fryer can either be used as a countertop appliance or positioned on top of 400mm wide 600 Series cupboards (sold separately).
