Compact and versatile, the Buffalo 600 Series electric griddle provides a fantastic cooking surface for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

A 10mm thick mild steel plate and powerful 2.9kW element ensure fast heat-up times and even heat distribution across the entire surface - essential for consistent cooking results. Excess fat is efficiently channelled into a 1-litre collection drawer, preventing the build-up of grease on the cooking surface.

Built with a strong stainless steel construction, the griddle features fully welded plates that eliminate dirt traps, making it both durable and easy to clean. Side and rear splash guards help contain grease and spills, keeping surrounding surfaces mess-free.

Part of the Buffalo 600 Series, this griddle is designed to work seamlessly with other 600 Series appliances, allowing you to create a tidy, efficient cook line, regardless of your kitchen's size. And as it is powered with a single 13A plug, it's easy to position wherever it's required.
