Equipped with 20 programmes, each with up to three stage cooking, this convection oven enables you to perfect a wide range of dishes. The dial controls and digital display help make it user-friendly and simple to operate.
With steam injection and convection-only cooking, you have the maximum control to produce great tasting dishes. The bi-directional reversing fan system ensures the heat is circulated evenly, while the generous capacity can accommodate up to 3 x 2/3 GN pans inside with 85mm tray spacing.
Providing 2kW of efficient performance from a 13A plug, the E23D3 oven not only helps to reduce running costs but is easy to install and position where you need it most.
Designed for easy cleaning and maintenance, it features an easy-clean glass door system. The interior of the oven has a vitreous enamelled coating that is quick and easy to clean compared to stainless steel liners.
For user safety, the Blue Seal Turbofan oven is fitted with vented Safe-Touch doors that limit heat absorption and reduces the heat being transferred to the surface of the glass panel. The door is also equipped with a stay-cool handle, while the unit's anti-skid feet prevent unwanted movement.
