With a 12kW burner system that's controlled by heavy-duty dials, the Blue Seal griddle provides even heating for reliable cooking results. This makes it ideal for busy breakfast, lunch and dinner services, where it can produce the perfect sear with each ingredient you cook. Plus, the comprehensive dials make the griddle easy to operate. Simply turn the dial to the required temperature - between 50 and 300°C - and the 20mm top plate will start to heat.

The griddle also comes supplied with a robust, stainless-steel stand that raises it to a comfortable working height. The stand also features a handy undershelf for additional storage, whilst rollers make it easy to manoeuvre the griddle during cleaning or repositioning.

Thanks to the griddle's stainless-steel flat cooking surface, your staff can quickly remove oil or ingredient build-ups after use whilst being highly durable. This makes the Blue Seal griddle able to withstand the wear and tear of commercial use without losing functionality.
