Measuring 900mm in width, the GP516-RB/L gas griddle offers a generous cooking surface for searing meats and scorching vegetables. It includes a ventilated two drawer refrigeration base, which is 1/1 gastronorm compatible for easy transfer of ingredients. For hassle-free cleaning and maintenance, there is a stainless steel grease drawer and 3mm splashguard.

Finished in stainless steel, the Blue Seal Evolution Series GP516-RB/L can be matched with range cookers, fryers and barbecue grills for a complete commercial kitchen solution.
